Dining During Move-In

We are excited to welcome our Lobos back to campus. The safety of our students and campus is our priority and UNM food is taking precautions to safely serve residents as they return and throughout the semester.

Residents may refer to the RLSH Student Re-Entry plan for guidelines regarding self-monitoring and limited interactions for a full list of these protocols.

Protocols Related to Dining While Observing 14 - Day Limited Interactions:

Do - Utilize carryout or mobile ordering pickup for food service (UNM food locations are available for mobile ordering on Grubhub Campus Dining)

Do Not - enter La Posada, rather use meal swipes for carry out at SRC Market or any swipe-and-go location

Do Not - visit dine in restaurants or food service operations

Meal Plan Utilization

Meal Plans will be active beginning August 7th. If you move into housing prior to the 7th, you may purchase food and beverages with cash or credit card from our open locations. (We prefer credit card to limit contact with payment, however cash will be accepted.)

La Posada Dining Hall will be exclusively available to the resident, meal plan holders of UNM Housing, Casas del Rio, Lobo Village, and Lobo Rainforest until further notice. Please remember to refrain from La Posada while you observe the 14 day limited interaction protocols for out of state students.

The Market at SRC is available to all residents for convenience, snack, pantry, and ready to eat hot and cold meal options. Once your meal plan is active on August 7th you may use a meal swipe to get a full meal and available dining dollars to make purchases in addition to cash or credit cards.

Don’t forget to use Grubhub Campus dining for order ahead options and delivery once food locations open on campus.
