LoboEats Terms of Use
Terms for Users Viewing Posts
Notice - By downloading the LoboEats App and enabling alerts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of use regarding the application and the availability and handling of food items.
- Availability
Food items listed on LoboEats App are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Users understand that food may not be available if it has already been claimed by other users responding to the post.
- Time Limit
Food items will only be available for 20 minutes after the event at which the food was originally provided. Please ensure that you collect the food within this time limit.
- Unclaimed Food
In the event that food items remain unclaimed after the 20-minute window has elapsed, those items will be safely disposed of by the event host in accordance with food safety standards.
- Safe Food Handling
It is the responsibility of the food handlers to maintain food safety. LoboEats and UNM Food do not assume any liability for issues arising from improper handling, preparation, or storage of food items.

Notice - By creating a post on the LoboEats App, you agree to the following terms of use regarding food posting:
- Food Safety
It is the responsibility of the food handlers to maintain food safety. LoboEats and UNM Food do not assume any liability for issues arising from improper handling, preparation, or storage of food items.
- Food Availability Time Limit
Food items may not be posted on LoboEats if more than 3 hours have elapsed since the items were initially provided for the event. We encourage post creators to share only freshly prepared food to help ensure food safety.
