Welcome to the award-winning La Posada Dining Hall! When it comes to dining, our newly refreshed facility offers flexibility, value, and variety. We proudly showcase ten different dining stations and a diverse culinary team. La Posada presents you with hundreds of different flavors and unique dishes sure to fit any craving.
Our passion for creativity and customization is fully integrated into our recipes. We invite you to indulge in this one-of-a-kind dining experience.

- Chef Innovation Station – Watch our chefs showcase their creativity at this cook to order station.
- Rooted – This plant based station offers satisfying entrees and sides that are colorful, delicious, and vegan!
- The Kitchen – Visit ‘The Kitchen’ to find your favorite comfort foods and classic dishes.
- ¿Red or Green? – Celebrate the flavors of New Mexico with authentic recipes and Bueno chile.
- G8 – This station is perfect for diners avoiding the eight major food allergens. These items are made without: dairy, eggs, fish, shell fish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat/gluten. *Prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present.
- Salad Bar – Build your own various greens, fruits, veggies, and proteins. (Salads available at Chef Innovation for Fall 2020)
- Grill Nation – Daily availability of your most loved grill items. Enjoy burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and more!
- 500 Degrees – Grab a slice anytime at our pizza station. Enjoy the classics or one of our signature combinations.
- Brkfst & Co - Variety of bagels, smears, and breakfast sandwiches.
- Toast – Chef crafted artisan toppings and breads to enjoy 'fancy toast' beyond brunch. (Rotational station)
- Dessert Station – Feed your sweet tooth with our freshly baked confections.
- Melt Lab – Custom build the sandwich of your dreams or try one of our daily features.
- My Pantry & Breakfast Station – Carousels of cereal, chocolate milk, lactose free options, waffles, toast and so much more! Have breakfast anytime you like, just the way you like it.

Fall & Spring Regular Hours | Open Daily: 6:30am -10:00pm except during university breaks and holidays. Abbreviated hours will be announced on the home page.
Spring 2024 Hours for La Posada
Please enjoy La Posada – with or without a meal plan. With a meal plan, entry to La Posada costs one meal swipe or use dining dollars for a discount at lunch and dinner.
